unbelievable

So what is HOU following right now?  What is the price based on?  I can't believe, HOU should be way below $1 right now and for that fact I sold yesterday and took a loss, now it turns out I sold at the very bottom.  Redicules.

With no new shares being issued by APs, HOU is not directly tracking June futures but it being driven by trading activity.   With prices rebounding a bit, part of that is likely a short squeeze.

now trading more or less like an option with premium on the price of crude...place your bets, place your bets!...

Currently and into the future until management resets.  This is trading like a stock not a commodity etf.

Sure you can...

Yes, you absolutely can buy and sell as much as you want.   I posted something to help explain the morning news yesterday very late last night.   Authorized Participants (APs) can't issue new shares right now but that's an entirely different thing than traders being about to buy/sell already issued shares.

Can't believe people are willing to invest and yet don't read anything others are posting to help them???
