Here is their email,  @[e-mail]   Phone [phone]    Horizons sent out a memo April 20 about the changes they were going to make and also warning anyone to basically not buy shares yet they continued to be in the market. You do realize that this fund was likely in negative territory yesterday at one point?  Hey, many of us got $crewed. Look at the ticker OIL in the US. They're also having similar issues as they are also 2X WTI futures based in the US.  I learned too late-- took a bath and need to move on.  This may well go back to 2X futures once volatility lessens as there;s demand for the 2X
