Why the RS has been made at 0.94 c.

On the 28th the navps was estimated around $0.45c so I thought the RS would have been around 20 times that number... 9 bucks. Why have they done the RS on the closing price (20 x 0.94c = $18.80) ? Are they gonna reajust all this again (- 50%) when they'll take new susbcriptions ?

Stock price was .94 at the closing. I dont know why we always talking about the nav price here. ETF is like company stock. Trading price is the share price, not the company value divide by number of share.

you should not trade ETF. ETF trade thru the NAV. Currently it's because the subscription is suspended. So it's trading like a share. As soon they open the subscription, it will trade very close to the NAV (less than 0,10)

Thx for your answer Madboy2 I thought the subscriptions were re-opened this morning following the RS.

a quote from the PR. I repeat you should not trade HOU or HOD unless you short. It is imperative to note that units of HOU and HOD have traded, and are expected to continue to trade, at a substantial premium to their net asset value while subscriptions of new shares are suspended. The manager continues to strongly discourage investors from purchasing shares of HOU and HOD at this time.
