RE:RE:Haywood Securities: Buy rating & $0.80 target for Harte Gold

RE:RE:Haywood Securities: Buy rating & $0.80 target for Harte GoldStall, FWIW, I've posted previously about warrants expiring in July, the 20th to be precise.  A 'major' shareholder under that umbrella is JJR, who in July 2016, purchased 10mill shares plus an equal number of warrants due next month.  JJR has been right off the radar ever since and IF they wanted to buy the warrants, they MIGHT not have the money or authority to spend the money unless they used their HRT holdings.  So, they sell shares, buy back warrants cheaper, have a bit of a profit.

Then, IF they are not happy with the ROI, which they are probably not, they can sell the shares they just purchased via the warrant deal... still making a bit of a profit.

That's my theory, JJR is working their way out of this investment.
