Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Refecting on the past 12 days of trading..since Nov 4

35,028,383 shares traded...5856 trades...31 Toronto brokerage houses...58% TSX..42% ATS....5 % of total O/S traded..likely many times over... but the biggest thing I observe is CIBC ( could be one person, dozens or hundreds )...CIBC NET sells 10,353,775 shares OR a FULL 30 % of trades...30 other houses account for 70% of trades...to me this is one or two people dumping. or larger institution ( 42 % ATS activity ) or both.....WHY..good question...Agenda ?..better question !!...weak hands shaking out.?....realistically with only 5% of o/s traded it would not be hard to move the needle...either way..in this case .down....yes, does not look good ...numbers improving since 3rd qtr.. AND.. the gold is still there...just gotta go get it...profitably, of course..
