Bikerack...No, I did not miss your point. In fact you will find I have shown agreeance with your hard line stance. It is negative but it is logical and therefore valid. Others should pay attention as well.
When others are voting on the reverse split, assuming HRT calls for one, I will be selling as many as I possibly can as fast as I can. Reason for is as follows:
-you have no way of telling which way the SP will trend post split,
-HRT at present is not showing much in the way of postives, exception is most recent NR but a reverse split will need more than that to indicate an uptrend post split,
-so, the reverse split would indicate to me that the ship is not as ship shape as it needs to be requiring near desperate moves,
-once the controlling holders call for a reverse split, they know that no matter what the result, they will not lose; principals are paid out first.
I would rather withdraw with whatever I have, wait past the high risk to buy back in if SP warrants the move. Yes, I probably won't have as many shares.
Currently, I do not see a reverse split as a happening. So, I remain optimistic and look forward to the next NR. I do not think there will be much to report on until end of this 1st.
