Markets down Monday.

Sam....you said the paste plant would be operational by year end and now it is stated that they don't need it ( more like can't get it running ). What did the infrstructure cost to install that doesn't work and how much more is it costing to dry backfiill.

Don't want to be too hard on the new guy but that is one broken promise on the paste plant so far. Please don't repeat SR ( AKA LiaR ) that mislead all in his NR's until the very end when he had no choice but to reveal total start up execution failure.
