Q1 2020

Q1 2020Hello. Been following HRT on here for a few months. Thanks to those of you post useful information about Harte.

I own a decent number of shares with an average cost of about $0.145 and was hoping for a bit more from the Q1 production numbers but overall makes me feel pretty good about my positions.

One point that I have not seen brought up is that an exchange rate of 0.75 was previosuly used for Harte financial statements. Most people just focus on the hedge but have failed to mention how even at $1300 US there has been about a $100 CAD increase from the currency changes due to Covid-19.

This won't show up on the revenue side of financial statements but costs should come in about 5% lower all else being equal based on current exchange rates. This will help the company towards becoming cash flow positive and start putting liquidity/solvency issues behind them.

Huge gains are not going to happen overnight but anyone who has a bit of patience should see some nice returns in the next 6-24 months, barring some interest from some majors. I will continue to hold and/or add to my positions if the share price takes anymore temporary dips below 0.10. Good luck to all and thanks again for posting useful information (some of you).
