The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Yes if you hold in a brokerage account and didn't get a proxy call your broker and he/she should be able to get you what you need to vote. Likely related to you asking not to receive such infomration which you can change.
