The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

It is mentioned in the June 8th news release that there are interested parties that have been given access to the virtual data room.I am wondering if there was a deadline for interested parties to submit an offer.The best scenario would be that several companies are bidding.If you consider what it would cost to bring a mine from nothing but bush to production there has got to be some value in Harte.Even with all the debt.Looking at 500 to 700 million to start from scratch IMO.Correct me if I'm way off.
