Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

I remember a couple of years ago there was a poster who was constantly spewing out negative stuff about the company and everyone hated him on this board but looking back now he knew exactly what was going on behind the scenes.

A few posters on here keep saying how they got out at $.40 $.50 $.60 and that the rest of us are a bunch of dummies because we didn't get out on time. Well that doesn't make any sense whatsoever because management was telling us that this was $1.50 mine they after day after day. Investors believe management that the Real value of the company was going to be unlocked when they started producing so that's why everybody hung in there so for these idiots to say that we should've gotten out at those $.40 levels is moronic.

In any event The bottom line is we are in the situation and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. I understand certain investors pain so I'm not gonna call them out and tell them to shut the hell up because they deserve every right to voice their opinion.

won't be long before we know our demise and this board I will be no longer.
