If it's public knowledge that shares will have no value and that the transaction will most likely be an asset purchase
Then why are millions and millions of shares being purchased
why are people still eagerly accumulating hand over fist ?
Red , the who is also a guess...best we can do is look at the house buys and sells...still doesn't tell us who...just tells us thru whom....as to the why....get back to you Dec 1st..maybe
