Couple of excellent posts 'ARH'...refreshing !!
Must also note that for some considerable time 'MUD' has tried to be a voice of reason on the board....kudos to him/her.
Been around the world of speculating/gambling ( I don't call juniors 'investing' ) a long time....think back to George & Viola McMillan and 'Windfall'.
I would make two compelling observations....
People do not like to be wrong... and people HATE to lose money!!!
Put the two together ( HRT ) and the players will deny/fantasize/obfuscate/lie...and lie to themselves....and when all else fails..invariably blame someone else!! Witness the posting history on this board...but certainly their privilege!!
As Harte evolves here ( it's not going away )...might I politely suggest to the Management and Board that, to mark this milestone, they give due consideration to altering the trading symbol !!
Rather than HRT....why not just insert a 'U'....and make it into HURT !!!
I am confident that when all is said and done here ( the solution is imminent )......a lot of folks/shareholders are goint to look back fondly...or not so fondly......and just remember this chapter as the big 'HURT' !!!!!!!!!!
