CLEANSING STATEMENT
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(E) CORPORATIONS ACT
This notice is given by Silver Lake Resources Limited (Silver Lake or the Company)
under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).
The Company has issued a total of 27,020,688 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) as
part of the consideration for the acquisition of Harte Gold Corp (refer to the
Company’s ASX announcement dated 21 January 2022 for further information).
The Company hereby confirms that:
(i) the Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the
Corporations Act;
(ii) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the
provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act (as they apply to the
Company) and section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
(iii) as at the date of this notice, there is no 'excluded information' with
respect to the Company for the purposes of sections 708A(7) and (8) of
the Corporations Act.
An Appendix 2A relating to the issue of the Shares was provided to ASX on 26 January
2022.
