Yes, I sold most of my shares.    I don't think one person selling is going to fundamentally change anything about them.... Yields on them still relatively high, offering Crazy CASH ...more

RB - I would be disappointed if they raised the dividend on the combined common stock.  Pourbaix is fiscally disciplined and he will want to strengthen the balance sheet on the combined entity. & ...more

I guess that's what happens when it rains money.    All just my opinion.   Anyways, I had the feeling that maybe the Energy sector was turning the corner.

Raging - trading costs go beyond the 4.99 brokerage fee.  Look at the significant spread on the preferred issues.  The wide spreads on Canadian preferred issues can make for great bargains ...more
