RE:RE:Free fall

RE:RE:Free fallI think this little tid bit is what is worrying investors

The company also said it would launch legal action if it can’t resolve a dispute with CNOOC Ltd., its partner in the Liwan natural gas project in the South China Se.

CNOOC wants to pay lower prices due to changes in the gas market in Guangdong.

“It’s early days,” Ghosh said. “They have indicated a more difficult market in China and our view is that there is no contractual basis to change the price unilaterally. We have a legally binding take-or-pay contract.”
