Timing of Board Meeting

Q2 ended a week ago, and Q2 numbers will be published in 14 days.  

I suspect around this time the BOD is meeting to review and approve matters - including any dividend to shareholders.  The recent down draft in oil prices must weigh heavily on management's recommendation and the BOD's determination.  

I am hopeful for a cash positive quarter - rounding out a complete cash positive year - and that a sustainable dividend will be issued, despite the bouncing of oil prices in the mid 40s.
