I agree HSE has lots of projects they could spend the money on. The main advantage of buying this asset is it's already producing so they'd get an immediate new source of cash flow at a time when oil prices appear to be in a rising trend. I read somwhere that this is a light oil play, while HSE does only heavy oil out west... not sure if that would be of any benefit to their refning oeprations.
