The majority shareholder wants minority shareholders to abandon ship. Scottie is right, he does not need a dividend and he wants the least amount of minority shareholders in the way......There are hardly any more apples left on the tree and he still is shaking it really hard. I do not think management agrees with LKS and the Board. I think they would have re-instated the dividend a while ago if they had it their way. So the question is why is LKS refusing to re-instate a dividend? My take is that we will be bought out. He does not want more investors, he wants less because it would be a considerably less expensive proposition to buy out minority shareholders.
