I would have thought something would have happened in the last 3 years with depressed share price and market prospects.  

I am waiting to hear the "construction completed" on the 150 km pipeline being built by Husky Midstream Limited Partnership.  Q1 disclosure confirmed that it is to be done this year, and is ahead of schedule.  Given the pipeline constraints in the area ... announcement of completion of a new pipe line for HSE could be some much needed positive news.
