You have tried to disparage me for posting about the SEC investigation because you felt entitled to the BB and you can bet the postings did not go unnoticed. But I am still here commenting on this BB as associated events unfold because minority shareholders tend to be the last to know when major events that have an adverse effect on their investment come to the attention of the company. If that does not tell you anything, then you are not worth commenting on.

Dogs, have captured it eloquently in his previous posting with the Pennwest case but this is so much bigger and so is receiving longer and tighter treatment to gather all the facts and evidence. Just read the 2017 AIF and you can see how inkling of my first posting is raised under Litigation in the report as I posted previously. If that is not a red flag, you obviously don't know what you are looking at or posting!

You call that negativism when there are so may RED FLAGS that we are only talking about the obvious ones on the BB. This is what happens when trust is an issue for a company and everyone agrees that the decision to suspend the dividend and sell 65% of the mid-stream assets to LKS is responsible for the lack of trust. All the incidents occuring (SK oil spill, NF iceberg, Superior Refinery fire etc.) are just a fallout of the underlying issues to that lack of trust. It can't get more real than that and that is not negativism but the current reality!

just like how you eloquently bring up Shell reserves fraud case and  valeant pharmaceuticals for accounting fraud and try to tie those to husky and SEC investigation.
