Scottie ... some proportionality is helpful in understanding your comments:  how does the potential of a few million in charges to a long ago pipeline spill, or an order to release as public a production report from SeaRose have any lasting or material impact on HSE's long term operations?

As to holding above $20 ... I hope it is a new toe hold, but us long-term investors have seen HSE lose its grib time and time again.  I hope the Board will consider a more reasonable dividend return and anchor the share value more securely in the $20 while HSE's growth prospects continue.
