RE:RE:RE:Natives looking for millions.

RE:RE:RE:Natives looking for millions.Help me understand the recent posts on Native rights bashing ... if  their community was impacted by the spill why are they not entitled to compensation?  I do not read posts bashing the provincial government's investigations or laying of charges for millions ... are native rights any less than provinicial environmental rights?  Any less than shareholder rights?

Comment on the merits of the claims is fair - but what claim does not imbelish the accusations against the other side?   That said, one factor I noticed is a lack of other impacted towns/cities who did not file a court action, I could be wrong, but were are the claims from Prince Albert, North Battleford, Melfort or Wildlife?    Perhaps these communities are too far West from the spill or the provincial environmental charges cover only the non-native geographical locations?

Also, does anyone know if the damage is covered by insurance ... the shifting of soil under the pipelines likely qualifies as a natural event.
