RE:RE:Preferreds laggardRates are lower for credit worthy borrowers. Not saying Su is not credit worthy, but is in a high risk area. Same for borrowers going to refinance their mortgages, the banks look at the risk profile of each borrower. For most people the risk profile has deteriated in the last month.
