I don't plan to cash out the HSE shares on Monday but rather to wait and take the CVE shares instead. Long term survival could see them double in a few years.

Question for the board though:  What is the combined net debt figures for the 2 companies after the new entity is established?

One positive for sure, much stronger and effective leadership in CVE than HSE. Alex has proven to be a very good pick for CVE and the markets like him.
