RE:RE:RE:RE:Never 25$Raging - if / when the debt to ebitda gets nearer the projected level - you can expect a NCIB or similar.  No way preferred get redeemed at par if they can buy large chunks of them for cancellation on the open market.  Time is on your side my friend.
