RE:Letter of Transmittal Missing

Any Commons or Preferred shareholders received this letter and filled it out?

Do we need to do this or will our brokers deal with it?

It indicates (at page 92) that a Letter of Transmittal is "enclosed" which enables each Husky shareholders to obtain the consideration they are entitled to receive under the Arrangement. This letter is supposed to contain complete instructions on how to exchange our Common or Preferred Shares. The Information Circular I received did not contain such a Letter. Anyone else have the same issue?
