RE:Simple Quick Legal Case.....IMHO

RE:Simple Quick Legal Case.....IMHOI guess there's one more question:   Is there a law that voids the contractual agreement of the Term of Preferreds on the $25/share entitlement on the event Husky winds up it's affairs as Husky.   I guess this question should be answered first before taking any legal steps.

I think the anwser is no, and people/company getting around this by saying Husky has not wound up its affairs.     IMHO, Cenovus is in the Driver's seat, Husky as a "subsidiary" is Cenovus "affairs".

All just my opinion/view/thinking/feeling.

RagingBull3 wrote: Only a Simple Question to answer..... Has Husky Effectively wound up its affairs as Husky?   Yes or No.

The following I believe to be true:

1) No more Husky shareholders to vote on anything, be it company direction, Directors, CEOs...etc.
2) I think Cenovus making all the decisions now.
3) Husky Commons shareholders were paid Cenovus Shares and the transaction completed without Preferred being paid $25/share first.

Now the question is: Has Husky Effectively wound up its affairs as Husky?   Yes or No?   What does the "spirit" of the Law Say?

All just my opinion/view/thinking/feeling.
