Closed my position

I sold out all of my 19K shares at 10.61 but have re-added back down at 9.95 to 10.12

I am really waiting to see whether it will break below the 200 MDA or if that is support, but so far I have only bought back 25% of the shares that I sold. I would like to buy it all back and add maybe another 7-8K shares more, but it all depends how oil will trade.  Totally conflicted as the $60s breach didn't really do much for the price of HSE but I just don't think that the price will remain this low by next year. This sector has just shown that it burnt way too many investors and people are remaining cautious hence the avg down approach.

Anyway long and looking to get even longer but still hessitation as it could fall back to $9s easily because it's oil

From Feb to Aug is seasonally strong for oil stock so we should see a bounce. Earnings is around the corner so use this opportunity to ...more

Are you sure you are on the right board? 200 MDA is $11
Comment by onec007 on Jan 13, 2020 8:20pm
You're right it should have read 50 MDA. I still think it's moving in the right direction if you look at the graph for the 50 MDA it is on the upswing. I think today's huge drop was just HSE specific when you look at MEG, IMO, SU they have all performed rather well today. Don't see any news that would cause such a huge drop so I think it's just some sellers trying to manipulate ...more
