Anyone "Dissent"? Can you tell us how your end is

folding out?    Thanks.

IMHO, HSE Preferreds can  be group in 4 catagories:

1) Those that participatied in the vote and voted either Yes or No, but did not dissent.
2) Those that participatied and voted No and dissented.
3) Those that did not participate. Remaind silent.
4) Those who demanded their entitlement under the terms of Preferreds contratual agreement.

I demanded my entitlement.   When it did not look like it was forthcoming and the company reported that they recieved all regulatory approvals and the transaction will close on Jan 1, 2021, I sold most of my shares.

I'm interested in knowing how those that "Dissented" are doing.   Good to know for the future if ever run into this again.   May also help in my situtation.

All just my opinion/view/feeling.

To all Preferreds, which group you fall in and what happened to your shares?   I fall under group #4, my shares both commons and preferreds were converted. Knowing will help ALL to understand how things goes under each decision. All just my opinion/view/thinking.
