As for the HVU $15, very likely the top end target yes. I'm looking at VIX 25-30 which would be about double what it is now. Add HVU's 2x leverage and you would have a 3 bagger from it's $6 level which would put it at $18. It wouldn't be there for long though, and the reversal would be violent like it was in January.
