The windcan blow in any direction it seems - the S&P500 index has been trying to go up and then fall back and then rise - there is no direction although sometimes I have noticed that the index direction suddenly rises towards 2 PM or thereafter - now today is it possible that investors may cash out - and actually the index may correct giving HVU an uptick to 4.35 - 4.50 or is this heading towards its bearish target of 4 and lower ? barchart showing 4.09 but recognia is 4 and under
