Can we short this thing. It drops huge when market is up.And goes sideways when market is down. I remeber when there was a correlation to the market but not any more. Remember sp 500 was 2090 Hvu was at $12 and now sp500 is at 2090 and Hvu is At $3. Worst index ever.
