Thanks for the comments as took a while to figure this one out. From other comments I see its way too easy to get emotional and call the movements a scam instead of looking inward at your trading style and being disciplined to not lose capital.
Will happily bat singles and doubles every other day than try for the home run each and every time.
Today for example is a good one for me to be out since was on the sidelines at the gap up this morning when VIX spiked to 18. Tomorrow is always another day.
