My assumption is he's planning the same 3000 share purchase as was done at the start of the month. If you go back a few pages there is a discussion on whether that was the right time to buy.

Personally, I think yesterday was the day as picked up 750 shares at $29.25 and is already up a buck and a half today. Trying to ring the bell for $31 - almost there. GLTA
