Takes time

I have noticed that it takes time for this to suddenly rise as it did today - and it always happens after I sell my shares at a loss - or when I do get out from my position held it climbs up

I've noticed the exact same thing as have been ping ponging in and out of this for about 6 months now. Seems like there is almost a 30 minutes to hour delay from a VIX spike to when you see this thing moving. Question for the experts - is this normal action or are we seeing something that doesn't really exist? Tx.

I am NOT n expert but I have been following/trading HVU for a few years (with nice profit) but you need to follow rules and be strict about them. Mine are: 1) Only day trades unless there are clear signs of market upheaval. 2) I trade only on high volume (2 million +) or clear indication this is about to happen, 3) I watch VIX side-by-side, and yes there is at least a 30 min difference (the ...more

If I say how I did today I'll get like five ignores, 38 now. How many for a hint. I understand this thing very well so I should just blurt it out and then I can tell all my secrets after the ignores.

you can teach me I want to learn. I didn't see a swing worth the risk of getting in and I won't hold over weekend again
