Based on TVIX, looks like a $16 open for hvu (thereabouts...say under $17).
Is it a BUY at that point, or is the Brexit one and done...?

Hvu still lower than the preBrexit run. Could be one and done.

Brexit is certainly done. There will be considerably uncertainty in the Financial Sector in the coming weeks. Volatility will only increase.
