I have concluded that Cyrus is driving the liquidation.  The cash dividend make sense but the spin-off to a private company of what could be the most valuable HWO assets, doesn't add up. If my math is correct, they have been invested for 13 years. That is two fund life cycles for LP's.

The question came up about Governance and the need for a Fairness Opinion. We should expect more light to be shed on this issue.

One item that was interesting is the CEO mentioning the stock price was cheap and he looked forward to buying now that he is out of a blackout period. We should keep an eye on this.

This is just getting started!

I do share your opinion about Cyrus but they may not be the only group of shareholders driving this ?
If you were at  / or on the AGM , much of the meeting was background about PNG and the point that stood out for me was the rigs were not as automated as they could be , to keep employees.
I did catch what the CEO said and what the questioner's response was.
