Bad news

someone wanted out, mass capitulation. Either we are going to hell in a hand basket, or this is incredible opportunity. I am inching towards the former, unfortunately. Oh, how to stay sane amongst the madness.

Perhaps management will finally buy some shares via their NCIB. Their purchasing has been non-existent this year - pathetic. Holy USD dollar Batman! The way the US is raising interest rates there's no easing in sight; according to Powell, they won't stop raising rates until inflation is addressed - my guess, it'll be another 1.5% hike over the next couple of sessions rendering a US/CAD ...more

The current market cap is $58 mil while they will have close to $56 mil in cash come January !!. If this is not a steal I dont know what is. Another fear could be ...more

A couple of other reasons why the stock isn't performng well could be: (a) macroeconomic environment - we're heading into a recession and as they say, "a lowering tide lowers all boats." (b) Although Maquire hinted at a lot of ...more

You raise good points as does JonSmith in his reply to you. I would just add that some (like me) have concerns regarding a potential for increased cash burn due to delayed PNG rig deployment, G&A expenses without contribution of CDN operations and the unknown of additional capital expenditures that may be needed for rig upgrades/additions.
