OIL's market cap is CAD$3.7 Billion (240 mm shares diluted)

IAE's is CAD$270 Million (117 mm shares diluted)

The ratio is actually 13.7X.
But this also incorporates other things on top of OIL's 23k/d of production like their Huntington (Fulmar) Discovery. When they announced their last well results in it the SP rose $2.57 in one day. That created 2.28x IAE's current market cap for OIL in one day. If it was a smaller field it wouldn't have had an impact, but b/c it has the headline attached to it as "the largest discovery in the N. Sea in the last 5 years" the market ate it up. And rightfully so.
