Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: OddI agree Sicker.  It may be that poor 'ol Dave is just a victim of the senior guys at Canaccord.  I truly believe he agrees with Warren at Octagon and still thinks it is a great stock.  Must be very embarrassing for him to see his firm dump a net 1,258,340 shares the week after he so glowingly supports it.
I'm pleased to see Octagon picked up an additional 82,000 shares this week.  At least they put their money where their mouth is.
The big buyer is Fraser this week at a net 1,052,000 shares.  Almost certainly the big boys sitting around and saying, "Lets add another million shares to our position".
Honouable mention to Thomas Weisel with 573,000 (none sold) and First Energy with 501,000 added.  I'll bet similar boardroom chat.
