RE: RE: Dividend vs. Share buyback how do you get that the sp is down 25%? The stock was around 2.80 when management shut off talks, now we sit at 1.68, that is a 40% haircut. So instead of at least allowing the shareholders decide if a 3.15 offer was acceptable (another 15% to the plus side) management was ok with us losing 40% of our value. Only a public bidding process would have, or will this summer, let the market give the sp its true value. I dont think nearly as many people would have bailed on this stock if they knew what the exact offers were.
