RE: Capebreton, Blindbat and dbeaude Let me clear Lord, I have not sold a single share of Ithaca. I consider it too risky at this time because a bid could materialize at anytime. There have been lots of nibbles at Ithaca, and eventually we will hook something. Only wish they had unlocked the inherent value and rewarded shareholders this past spring. But, the company is quite solid, no debt, adding cash with every offload. Has stumbled with Athena, thus my frustration. CEO has been in North America promoting the company, and this will support the sp. Acquisition(s) will happen this fall. But looking back at the NR from May 28th:
In reaching this decision the Board of Directors has
fully considered the Company's current value, its growth potential, the future value that can be delivered to
shareholders and the responses of the third parties with whom discussions have been held.
well it has been 4 months and we havent seen any "future value". I can be more patient, it has only been 4 months, but management needs to know they have promised more value, and shareholders are expecting results.
