Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:newsclip - jerome hass on BNNHi Kensho, I really have no problem with his comments from his perspective of explaining why they are no longer in Ithaca (actually, it gives me more comfort as to why the share price isn't higher, basically saying until Ithaca shows they are able to deliver, they are on the sidelines irrespective of how strong the valuation looks). You begin to doubt after a while whether you are missing something in the numbers. His explanation that Ithaca had failed to deliver in the past was the reason they are out. I believe they are going to deliver with Stella, and there is basically no downside if there is a huge disappointment. My only comment would be that I hope they have been exceedingly cautious in the numbers for Stella (and hopefully there is a substantial suprise to the upside, hopefully they have learned from Athena, underpromise, overdeliver).
