Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:BOD are not delivering to investorscant disagree with you weatherman......you must wonder what resistance levels are out there, certainly 2.2 is one and I think it is when many longerterm investors break even and may sell....you have to wonder what 'potential offer' was out there, its a joke that shareholders were never told....even worse if we had agreed to an offer at that time the market was ripe for other buys, those great deals have vanished (well except for gold stocks).....I also agree a lowball offer now would stand a good chance of success, but I dont see an offer coming pre-stella, just too much risk to make an offer now....good news is oil is holding up well and seasonality is one our side right now....Q2 isnt far, and sept will bring some news, so tough for me to sell right now...but I agree a push to 2.2 would be tempting to many longs.....which just makes for multiple resistance levels past 2....
