RE:There will be a very complete report on Stella next week

RE:There will be a very complete report on Stella next weekI still think they will buy INA as soon as GSA production commences about a year from now.  It just seems like the right fit once the cash flow tap is turned on.

If they put out a report next week saying everything is still on track for the GSA, on time and on budget, would you expect the sp to be affected?  I'm currently assuming that all is still well with Stella.  I'm assuming that they announce 14000 bpd production for the previous quarter, give or take 100 barrels.  I think most longs are assuming this as well.

So I'm not sure where the short term upside might come from, other than the fact that the GSA development keeps getting closer and closer.

What I worry about is unexpected merger expenses being announced with the Q2 numbers, and lowered Q3 production targets due to 'down time', 'maintenance' or other reasons.

I can see the share price edging up slowly but steadily over the next 12 months, but I've recently cut my weighting in it due to the uncertainty of the upcoming news.  I do plan to up my weighting after the Q2 news is out, hopefully on a dip in the share price.

Cutting my weighting now is probably the wrong move though, as the manipulator seems to be trying to get you to sell to him at one cent higher and higher levels every day as we approach this news release.

I should add that I currently expect Q4 to be the highest production quarter for the year by a smidge, and that I'm not sure if Q3 will be better or worse than Q2 right now.
