Re: IAE

* from a technical point of view this is how far directional drilling has come.  Here you have some of the harshest drilling conditions anywhere (winter UKNS) and IAE is drilling their second Stella development well (an oil well) into an oil window just below the "gassier" cap and just above the "water leg" or oil / water contact point.

* you can see this from the enhanced graphic below.  The red line is gas / oil contact point and the blue line is the oil / water contact point.  The well which be announced in short order will be a flow test of said principle that worked so well in Stella development #1 drill.  It tested something like 6,500 bpd of oil and 4,500 boe/d liquids rich gas.  The rig will then move, yellow square at the top of the graphic and drill a third oil development well into the oil window followed by a fourth gas development well drilled into the "gassier" crest of the field.

* the fact that drilling techniques have advanced so much over the past few years and that IAE actually met or exceeded expectations on the first development well leads to a low(er) risk test result for #2.  I would suggest that it could add 10% to 15% on a very good flow test.  Who know maybe 15-20%?  It would certainly prove the "deliverability" of the majority of the oil rim portion of the reservoir in my estimation.

* I have been too busy with other projects to take a real close look but am now doing a little more looking.  You know how I am Jwall....I get fixated on something and then tear it inside and out like few else can.  So will do a little IAE dd for the rest of this week to make sure my investment is what I want it to be....profitable.

* Cheers
