Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:re CAW CAW LIKES THIS DEALNo one trick pony here ferret but lets just say I do own a few Ithaca shares.  Ithaca in my birds eye view is the next big mover so you better jump on board.
The AGM really convinced me of this. I knew cagy old Les had something cooking. The whole board, like I said where excellent but you just got that real good feeling that things were and are about to happen/change in a big way. WHAM, 4 days later you have a 170 million dollar deal.
B1 will be the next big UP and that reserve increase at Stella is also a card that has not been played yet.
I'm sitting on this one all the way up and maybe even collect a dividend on my fortune.
You just never know what the next move is but in my view it's all good.

Get in while you can ferret. Make it count and pick up a few hundred thousand shares at this SP and you will be in the money soon enough. Real money my friend!!!
