China's oil demandChina can't afford to let their economy slow down long term because they need to keep their population from getting restless and turning on the government. Russia and Opec have already had discussions re the price of oil. The Opec spokesperson says they are watching the price and may have to act in the future. If more Russian oil goes to China the rest of Europe will need to depend on the North Sea. If the American air attacks on ISIS are successful the cheap oil they (ISIS) have been dumping from northern Iraq to finance their activities will stop . It remains to be seen if the oil the U.S. is getting by fracking will last long enough to make them net exporters for years to come. There is concern about the longevity of those wells. The jury is still out on the process long term. Cheers B
