Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

hey Kensho,  the only reasons they were able to pay down some debt was they sold the norwegian assts, they monetized some of the hedges, and the delek investment. if it wasn't for those 3 their debt would be creeping waaaay up.

if delek wasn't in the picture the banks would keep iae afloat as long as reasonably possible but with delek in the picture they have another option which i think they will use and believe is the only reason delek is there, we shall see.

their hedges are smaller and shrinking as they monetize them, looks they they may have monetized some of the ngas puts , which are a fair part of the 48% non oil part of the hedge to june 2017.

wheres Naka, did he get knackered by iae share price,lol.  he was all over this board bragging about his great trade and buying the bottom, lmao. he's probably in the back of crows pickup buried in cack like the crow.
